Third-Party Quality
A mockumentary series.
In Highland, Alabama, Frit-Mason inspects the frit band on windshields for major automakers—a third-party quality shop where the glass is supposed to be the only thing under scrutiny. The cameras are here to document how it really runs.
The Director of Quality is corny, upbeat, and endlessly confident, a manager who trusts morale over process and keeps delivering motivational speeches that go nowhere. The HR Manager is the sharp-witted, tired-professional voice of reason, quietly running the actual people problems and saying to the camera what she won’t say out loud. When corporate orders a wave of new inspectors, every hire, meeting, and safety protocol turns into a small crisis.
Told in fast, talky, handheld mockumentary style, with smash-cut confessionals and ironic smooth jazz over the chaos, each episode escalates fast—and ends on a cliffhanger.
